Description:
Kinetic Typography. This work at first glance perhaps looks simple,
but the longer and closer you examine it, you see that it is actually
very intricately made. The way it seamlessly loops is masterfully done
(in my opinion) and has a satisfying bounce as the letters move back
and forth and overlap each other. I like the attention to detail in
terms of how the font family alternates. Everything is cohesive.
Sometimes simple and classic wins!

Description:
I really like motion posters and although I am not a big fan of
minimalistic palettes such as the one on this, the motion in this is
really beautiful and elegant and flows perfectly. I assume it is a
ticket or unveiling for a show, or a business card of some sort, but
the motion gives it a modern, futuristic look that is in line with
the metaverse that is ingrained in our lives today.

Description:
More of a vector-style motion. I like the lineless look in terms of
visuals. In terms of motion, I generally quite like when objects
morph into another on screen as a transition instead of separate cut
scenes. Continuous frames where one scene effortlessly flows into
the other. There are many motions like this out there that are more
elaborate but they’re a bit long. Simply put, this motion graphic is
a short but effective example.

PART 1: Composition
The purpose of this project is mainly for us to get used to the interface
of After Effects and its basic tools. And so as an exercise, we are
provided with a template consisting of 8 basic principles of form and
design:
- movement
- hierarchy
- balance
- direction
- symmetry
- focus
- scale
- rhythm
